Leading Group Company LLC, a reputable and growing organization based in Dubai, is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Helper (Farm, Milking & Plant). The successful candidates will support daily operations across our farm, milking, and plant facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Assist in daily milking operations and care of livestock

Support general farm maintenance and cleaning tasks

Help with feed preparation and distribution

Operate and maintain basic farm and plant equipment under supervision

Assist in processing and packaging of dairy or plant products

Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
