We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Foreman to join our team at one of Russia’s leading construction companies.The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing on-site masonry operations, guaranteeing excellent craftsmanship, and guiding a group of masons to finish projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of masons and laborers on construction sites.

To ascertain the task needs, read and analyze specifications, drawings, and blueprints.

Plan, assign, and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.

Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets company and industry standards.

Maintain safety standards and ensure all work is conducted in compliance with regulations.

Report progress, issues, and material requirements to site management.

Team members should receive instruction and direction as needed.
